Town Clerk, Linda Adam, 278-5600 Office Hours Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 9-noon (summer hours subject to change).
The Town Clerk handles transfer station permits, dog licenses, hunting licenses, property tax collection etc.
Transfer Station 278-5478 on County Hwy 10, in Davenport Center. Tues.& Sat. 8-4, Thur. 8-noon.
Town Board Meetings are the third Tuesday of the month 7p.m. (Check Calendar for changes)
Planning Board meetings are the last Monday of the month 7p.m. depending on holidays.
You must notify the Town Clerk at least 10 days prior to the meeting date to be added to the Planning Board Agenda
Code Enforcement, Tomi Tompkins, 278-5600, Tues. and Thurs. 9-noon. Building Permits.
Court Clerk, Karen Nelson, 278-5105. Hours M,T,W 10-12. Court Sessions (Traffic and Criminal cases)-- 2nd Tuesday of every month @ 1PM
Board of Assessors 278-6439 Tues & Wed 8:30am-noon and by appointment.
If your Davenport home is your primary residence you may be eligible for property tax exemptions such as STAR, Veterans, Agriculture, and Forestry. Please come in or call the assessor’s office for information 278-6439.
